Welcome to Invite Klick. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use the Invite Klick website, applications and related services. By creating an account or using Invite Klick, you agree to these Terms.
Using Invite Klick
Invite Klick provides digital tools for creating, sharing and managing invitations and event experiences. Depending on your plan and available features, this may include invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, QR passes, seating arrangements, event programmes, music, photo albums and other event-management tools. You agree to use Invite Klick responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, contact us as soon as possible.
Your Events and Guests
Event organizers are responsible for the events they create and the information they provide through Invite Klick. If you upload or enter information about guests, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate right or permission to use that information. You should only invite or contact people in ways permitted by applicable law.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to Invite Klick, including photographs, event information, text and other original material. By uploading content, you give Invite Klick the limited permission necessary to store, process, display and deliver that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to anything you upload.
Content You Shouldn't Upload
Please don't use Invite Klick to upload, publish or distribute content that: • Is unlawful or fraudulent. • Infringes another person's intellectual-property rights. • Violates another person's privacy. • Contains malicious software. • Is intended to harass, threaten or harm others. • Attempts to interfere with the operation or security of Invite Klick. We may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with legal obligations.
Invitations and QR Passes
QR codes, digital invitations, seating information and other Invite Klick features are tools designed to assist event organizers. Organizers remain responsible for admission decisions, guest verification and the management of their events. A QR code generated through Invite Klick does not independently guarantee entry into an event.
Plans, Subscriptions and Payments
Invite Klick may offer free and paid features. Prices, included features and billing periods will be displayed before a purchase is completed. If a subscription renews automatically, applicable renewal information will be shown during purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Additional payment and cancellation conditions may be presented during checkout.
Cancellations and Refunds
Eligibility for cancellations or refunds may depend on the service purchased, whether digital services have already been provided and applicable consumer-protection laws. Any specific refund conditions displayed during purchase form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Platform Availability
We work to keep Invite Klick reliable and available, but no digital service can guarantee uninterrupted operation. Occasionally we may need to maintain, update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the platform. Where reasonably possible, we will aim to minimize disruption.
Third-Party Services
Invite Klick may use or link to third-party services including payment, hosting, email, analytics, mapping or social-media services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their own terms and policies may apply.
Intellectual Property
The Invite Klick name, brand, platform design, software and original platform content belong to Invite Klick or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Using Invite Klick does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, unlawful activity or misuse of the platform. You may stop using Invite Klick at any time. Where account-deletion functionality is available, you may request deletion subject to information we may need to retain for legitimate or legal reasons.
Limitation of Responsibility
Invite Klick provides technology to help people organize and experience events. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Invite Klick is not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including event cancellations, guest behavior, venue issues, internet outages or actions of third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of Invite Klick is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and handled.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Invite Klick develops. If a change materially affects users, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. The latest version and effective date will always be available on this page.
