These answers describe the features currently available in Invite Klick. Event-specific questions should always be confirmed with the host.

Do guests need an account?

No. A guest can open the secure personal invitation link shared by the host and respond without creating a creator account.

Can I change an invitation after publishing?

You can continue editing your event. A published invitation keeps its saved design snapshot until you intentionally publish an updated version.

Can guests change an RSVP?

The host controls the RSVP deadline and whether responses may be changed. Party-size and plus-one limits are enforced by the event settings.

How do personal links and QR passes work?

Each guest can receive a private link tied to their invitation record. If enabled for the event, that record also provides an individual QR pass for check-in.

Can guests upload photographs?

Only when the host enables guest uploads. The host can require approval before photographs appear in the event gallery.

Are seating details private?

Seating and guest information belong to the event. Personal invitation experiences only reveal information intended for that guest.

Does Invite Klick send emails?

The communication workspace records truthful delivery states. If an email provider is not configured, messages are not presented as sent and hosts can share personal links directly.
